EGEN has developed the highly versatile TheraPlas™ technology platform that has proven to be an effective immunotherapy for treating various types of tumors when utilized in combination with an Interleukin-12 plasmid. Pre-clinical studies have shown that the TheraPlas™ approach can work well as a monotherapy and also in combination with standard chemotherapy. In addition, clinical and pre-clincial studies have shown that TheraPlas™ can be safely and repeatedly administered.
